4. Interview & Assessment
   Shortlisted candidates are invited to interview (online or in person). For teaching positions, a sample lesson or demonstration may also be required.

5. References & Safeguarding
   As part of our safeguarding commitment, we request professional references and verify qualifications, employment history, and background checks.

6. Offer & Onboarding
   Successful candidates receive a formal offer and join our onboarding programme, helping you settle into your role, your school, and life in Sweden.
